Transfers and hourly engagements in any class are booked on the reservation engine with a fixed rate shown before you confirm. Anything with more than one vehicle, a protocol element or a programme - a gala, a visit, a roadshow, a delegation, a festival week, a security assignment - is planned by a coordinator from a brief and quoted in writing within a working day. Both are delivered by the same chauffeurs to the same standard, and both are invoiced once on a corporate account.
