RideRutz.com fulfils bookings outside its home markets through operators vetted through the LimousineWorldwide.Directory and bound by the Limousine Association International code, each of which accepts RideRutz.com's written standard as a condition of the work. The reservation engine on this site is provided by BlaakLine.com, the travel desk by BookingWorldwide.net, and the gala calendar draws on EventsWorldwide.Directory - all group businesses. This page explains what each does and how operators and chauffeurs can join.
How an affiliate is accepted
An operator is first a member of the directory, which requires licensing, commercial passenger insurance and a vehicle standard as a condition of listing. RideRutz.com then reviews the operator's fleet, chauffeur vetting, dispatch and conduct record, and the operator signs the RideRutz.com standard - vehicle classes, chauffeur training and conduct, arrival and waiting rules, confidentiality, fixed-rate structure. Its first engagements are checked by the coordinator through confirmations and passenger feedback; large accounts are audited on the ground. An operator that falls short is given one written notice and then removed. The global chauffeur service page describes what the client sees; the about page describes the company.
Working with RideRutz.com
Operators who want to fulfil RideRutz.com's work in their city, and chauffeurs who want to join a roster, apply through the directory and the contact page. The requirements are those on the chauffeurs page and the fleet page; induction on the standard is provided; the work is the engagements described on this site - hourly corporate days, galas, official visits, festival weeks, airport and FBO transfers.
