Destinations: 107 countries, 363 cities, one standard

Capitals, financial centres and festival cities

The cities on this page fall into three groups that matter to the people who book RideRutz.com. The capitals, in bold, are where embassies, ministries and international organisations sit and where official visits, summits and state occasions happen; our chauffeurs there know the mission gates and the ministry forecourts. The financial centres - New York, London, Frankfurt, Zurich, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai and their peers - are where roadshows and corporate hourly days concentrate; our chauffeurs there know the towers and their loading bays. And the festival and gala cities - Los Angeles, Cannes, Venice, Toronto, Berlin, Monaco, Vienna, Miami - are where the calendar takes the coordinators every year; our chauffeurs there know the carpets and the closures.

What is the same everywhere

The eight vehicle classes and their specification; the chauffeur vetting, training and conduct; the two-hour hourly minimum and quarter-hour billing; the airport waiting allowance and the named-door pickup; the fixed rate with fuel, waiting and gratuity included; the confidentiality undertaking; and the desk that answers. The global chauffeur service page explains how the standard is enforced through the network; the rates guide shows how rates vary by city tier.

What is local

The chauffeur, always: drawn from the city, licensed in it, knowing its entrances, closures and conventions. The models within each class, which follow the market. The language, matched to the profile where the roster allows. And the local rules - congestion charges, low-emission zones, airport forecourt fees, prayer-time closures, festival passes - which the chauffeur handles and the rate includes. The airports page lists the procedures at each gateway.
